Terms & Conditions

1. All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

2. If the item purchased is faulty, exchanges can be done for similar item only. For Out of Stock items, we will notify you and do exchange with another item of similar price or above only. Value of item will exclude postage paid. Top up is required if the exchange item is at a higher price. If the exchange item is below the price of your item, we will not refund the excess. Exchanges will be done via mail. Please mail back the item to us and we will mail you the new item via normal mail. No postage charges will be charged for mailing the new item to you via normal mail and no refund will be made for return postage and envelope.

3. We will not be held responsible for any lost parcels.

4. All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot of your transaction receipt. We reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made as well.

5. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the item will be sold to the next buyer.

6. Dead buyers will be blacklisted.

7. Items are invoiced according to time of emails , the earlier you send your email after a new launch, the higher the chance of securing a piece. Customers on waitlist will be notified when a null payment occurs after 24 hours.
